In our Residential Youth Shelter up to 18 youth, 9 boys and 9 girls ages 12 to 17, live on campus under the care of clinical staff and Youth Care Specialists.The shelter provides a safe, stable environment and focuses on the individualized needs of each child through the provision of individual and family counseling, therapeutic behavior reinforcement, and an academic service plan. The shelter provides immediate access 24 hours a day for youth who are in a crisis situation and needing a safe place including those youth who are in need of a safe haven, following family conflict, and youth who have run away or are homeless. Our purpose is to rebuild relationships and repair trust within families through a caring and supportive program. The goal of the program is to return the youth to their family and provide aftercare counseling to assure continued stability at home. Our services are designed to assist youth and their families identify and resolve conflict, strengthen family relationships, avoid family dissolution, and reunite youth with their family.
