A permanent housing program with supportive services for chronically homeless disable adult men & women. QV is a “Shelter Plus Care” rent subsidized program. Quest Village provides affordable housing and supportive services to men and women who meet the HUD definition of chronically homeless and who are living with disabilities such as severe mental health diagnosis, physical disabilities, and chronic history of substance/alcohol abuse. o-_-o |
