Urban Restoration Enhancement Corporation, (UREC) is a not-for-profit community development organization. UREC is committed to “Building Communities for Tomorrow.” Our program areas include: Affordable Housing, Small Business Training and Youth Development. UREC has served thousands of low to moderate families in around the Capital region by working to increase access to quality Affordable Housing; providing local entrepreneurs with Small Business Training; and ensuring positive Youth Development opportunities.
