Denver Prohibits Homeless From Sleeping On The Streets |

It's been one year since the city of Denver passed an ordinance prohibiting camping in the city. There still are many homeless people sleeping on the streets but there haven't been any arrests. Too few are being directed to homeless shelters because the city lacks them. |
