The law restricts the usage of the EBT (electronic-benefit transfer) cards by welfare recipients. The cards cannot be used at strip clubs, adult bookstores, cruise ships and for other services. Before this law the only the purchases that were prohibited were for alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and lottery tickets |
