St. Vincent de Paul Faces Battle To Open A Soup Kitchen In Norwich, Connecticut


The residents of the Cliff Street neighborhood will learn tonight if St. Vincent de Paul Place will be able to open their soup kitchen and food pantry on a permanent basis. A months long dispute will be ended when the vote takes place today
