The Emergency Shelters for individuals and families provides up to 90 days of temporary housing and support services. HEP’s Transitional Housing Program provides housing for individuals for up to 24 months. This housing program allows individuals to continue to work towards goals pertaining to employment, independent living, increasing skills and income, and mental health and substance abuse treatment. HEP’s Permanent Supportive Housing Program provides supportive housing for qualifying individuals and families with disabilities. This housing program provides long-term care and specialized services.
