Community Christian Concern in Slidell, Louisiana is a charitable non-profit organization founded by the Greater Slidell Ministerial Alliance to serve the truly needy in the Slidell/Pearl River, Louisiana area. It is the only men's transitional housing in St. Tammany Parish and can hold 12 men. It's services include a food pantry, Janet's Korner Thrift Store for clothing, shoes and necessities, fuel assistance, emergency transportation and clothing. Do you and an urgent need? The CCC and help with food, clothing, shelter, personal car, and emergency travel. With community partners such as, Second Harvest Food Bank, Salmen Family Foundation, The Brown Foundation, Slidell Ministerial Association, JOY Lamb of God Ladies Group, Dollar General, The Good Samaritan Ministry, St. Margaret Mary Catholic School, Honaker Funeral Home, there is help available.
