Emergency and Homeless Shelters Will Raise A White Flag When Freezing Weather Is Expected |

When temperatures are going to be freezing or below, a white flag will hang outside the Fayetteville's Salvation Army Corps Community Center and Operation Inasmuch. The organizations hope to bring indoors as many homeless individuals as possible to relieve suffering during harsh weather conditions. |
