Maine's State Housing Authority Says No To Smoking |

The agency recently stated that all low-incoming housing units that are not only built but financed by Maine's Low Income Housing Tax Credit will have to be 100% smoke-free units. They decided this because of the damage smoking and secondhand smoke can cause. |
