Street Homelessness Has Increased In Multnomah County |

Portland, Oregon and Multnomah County said that homelessness increased 10% increase in street homelessness when compared to 2011. There are over 1,572 people that are living in transitional housing which brings the total to more than 4,000 people which includes children too. |
